How do potential buyers use Rezzee?
Simple: Any interested person who wants to view your property info can access it either through text messaging or via the mobile website.
With text messaging, they start by sending a text message containing a property keyword (for example, DEMO) to 80716. Within seconds, they receive text messages containing your property info.

Do I have to sign up to use Rezzee?

Yes. Rezzee works for all types of sellers. However, Rezzee doesn't take the place of an agent or representative; we simply make marketing your property easier and more accessible.
What is text messaging? What does SMS stand for?
Text Messaging, also known as Short Message Service (or SMS), is a system available for sending information to mobile phones. For more information on text messaging, visit the wikipedia.
How do I know if my phone supports text messaging?
96% of phones support text messaging, so your phone likely does support it.
Try to find a utility on your phone called "Messaging", "Send Messages", "Text Messaging", or something similar. If you can find this, then your phone likely supports text messaging.
To see if text messaging service is enabled with your wireless plan, try to send a message to us. Send a text message to 80716 (put that in the TO field), and in the body of the message send the word DEMO.
If you still are unsure, check in your device manual or with your wireless provider. Standard SMS rates may apply, depending on your plan.
Which wireless service providers do you support?
Mobile website service is supported on any provider with internet / data connectivity.
Text messaging service is supported on the following wireless providers: Alltel, AT&T / Cingular, Boost, Cellular One / Dobson, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Verizon Wireless, and Virgin Mobile.
Why is Rezzee free to use right now?
Rezzee is currently being beta tested by many agents across the United States. We reserve the right to discontinue serivce or impose fees for in the future. We may also contact you to get user feedback as well as determine if you need signage to fully utilize Rezzee.
